Essential Oils Flea, Tick and Insect

This natural bug repellent for dogs is specially formulated to exclude ‘citrusy’ oils that dogs dislike and clove oil which they shouldn’t ingest. Instead it contains thyme oil to repel fleas, and other oils such as geranium, rosemary, cedar, and peppermint – all effective repellents against pests including ticks. While this is formulated for dogs, it can be used on their owners as well!

Natural Bug Repellent Spray for Dogs

The Best Natural Tick Repellent and Bug Spray for Dogs

What would life be like without dogs? They offer us so much unconditional love and loyalty; it’s only right you reward them for being a good boy by getting them Nantucket Spider’s Natural Repellent Bug Spray for Dogs.

If you own a dog, then you know the responsibilities that come with it. Dogs love being outdoors, so keep them safe by spraying them with Nantucket Spider’s Natural Bug Repellent Spray for Dogs to repel mosquitoes, fleas, horse flies, and ticks. Humans love the scent of citrus, it’s a light, sweet scent after all. For dogs, though, it’s one of the smells they hate the most.

Our bug spray for dogs contains no citrusy type oils. Instead, Nantucket Spider created this bug spray using a blend of effective organic essential oils such as rosemary oil, peppermint oil, Cedarwood oil, geranium oil, and thyme oil to repel fleas. It’s got an earthy, cedar scent that won’t annoy your dog, and you would find quite pleasant. It’s DEET-free, nut and soy-free, and vegan. Your dog would surely be happy to know that this bug spray is cruelty-free. Your doggo would be proud of you for standing with Nantucket Spider in the support of animal rights and to end animal testing.

This bug spray allows you and your dog to spend more time outdoors for walks and hikes, playing fetch, exercises like going for a run together, and just spending quality time with man’s best friend.

Applying Nantucket Spider on your Dog

Spray the natural tick repellent directly onto the dog’s fur. Make sure to thoroughly spray down your dog’s body, with more focus on the legs, the paws, and underside of your dog to repel all ticks. Keep in mind to avoid spraying the natural tick repellent on the dog’s snout and eyes. Feel free to reapply the bug spray every 1 and half hours or more often during rainy and wet conditions.

By the way, this bug spray is also okay to be used by horses and even people! As always, remember to always test on a patch of skin for sensitivity before use. Unfortunately, this spray can be highly unpleasant for cats. An easy homemade alternative is to make herbal tea using fresh thyme mixed with catmint. Once the tea has cooled down, spray that onto your cat. You’ll be surprised at how effective it is!
