1. Giveaway Description
The Nantucket Spider Giveaway ("Giveaway") is hosted by Nantucket Spider ("Sponsor"). The Giveaway allows participants to enter for a chance to win a Nantucket Spider Digital Gift Card, valued at $100 for exclusive use on nantucketspider.com
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to all individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Nantucket Spider are not eligible to participate.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway entry period begins on August 1, 2023, at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and concludes on September 30th, 2023, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway. To enter, participants must sign up on the designated giveaway page hosted on Nantucket Spider's official website during the Entry Period. Only one entry per participant is allowed.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted within ten (10) business days after the Entry Period ends. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification
The selected winner will be contacted via the email address provided during the entry. The winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days. Failure to respond within the specified time will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be chosen.
7. Prize Acceptance
The winner must provide a valid email address to receive the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other product.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Nantucket Spider the right to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent.
9. Privacy
Any personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used in accordance with Nantucket Spider's Privacy Policy.
